IME-USP

Seven students of IME-USP are selected to participate in the double degree program of the Institut Polytechnique de Paris

Seven BCC students are leaving for Paris in the second half of this year for the double degree program at Telécom Paris and ENSTA

In the second semester of 2025, seven students from IME-USP’s Bachelor of Computer Science program will embark on an international engineering training program, promoted in partnership with the Télécom Paris and ENSTA schools, linked to the Polytechnic Institute of Paris. The program allows BCC students to obtain two diplomas, one from USP and the other in Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Paris, adding academic and cultural experiences in an international environment of excellence.

The students Davi Coelho, Filipe Velozo, Francisco Henriques, Jorge Thomes Vieira, Laís Rossman, Rafael Sesoko, and Otávio de Oliveira Silva, were accepted to undertake double degree studies at Télécom Paris, with the latter being awarded the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship, offered by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which grants a scholarship to undertake postgraduate studies in the country.

The students leave for France in the second semester and, for two years, will take subjects from the last two years of the school’s engineering course. Upon completion of the course, students receive an engineering diploma valid in France and the European Community, in addition to the USP’s diploma.
