TRAVEL INFO

We expect participants to arrive on Sunday, July 2nd, at the Guarulhos International Airport (GRU) in São Paulo, preferably in the morning period.

We shall arrange buses for the participants arriving on Sunday, July 2nd, before noon, from the airport to the hotel in Ubatuba (which is about 220km away from São Paulo) and back, for participants leaving on Saturday, July 15th, after lunch. The bus leaving on Saturday, July 15th, will not be arriving at the airport before 6pm.

Please notice that if you miss the buses, one option is to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel in Ubatuba, which costs approximately R$ 860,00.

You will find a taxi stand outside the airport terminal, where the taxi can be prepaid either in cash (in Brazilian currency) or with a credit card. Another option is to take a taxi or the Airport Bus Service from the airport to the Terminal Rodoviário do Tietê, a bus from there to Ubatuba, and then a taxi from the bus terminal in Ubatuba to the hotel. You should go directly to the Wembley Inn Hotel, at Rua A, 147, Praia das Toninhas, in Ubatuba.
