REGISTRATION AND FEES

Registration opens on November 15, 2019

The Early Bird Registration fees (paid by December 13, 2019) for non Latin-American participants are:

€ 350 - for University Professors
€ 200 - for Students
€ 700 - for others

The Early Bird Registration fees (paid by December 13, 2019) for Latin-American participants are:

R$ 600 - for members of ABE
R$ 800 - for non-members of ABE
R$ 250 - for Students
R$ 999 - for others

The registration fee covers conference materials, coffee breaks, short courses fees, transportation by a conference bus (on March 1st, 2020: Principal entrance USP - Guarulhos Airport - Maresias and on March 6th, 2020: Maresias - Guarulhos Airport - Principal entrance USP), as well as the welcome and farewell parties.

Observations:

All registration fees payments after December 13, 2019 will be charged 20% more.
The accompanying person will be not charged, but has to be registered.
Registration ensures a reservation in double room at Maresias Beach Hotel.
