General guidelines for contributed sessions/talks/poster
All submissions must be sent by completing the registration form. Abstracts must be submitted in English.
Contributed Session
The contributed sessions consist of four talks (30 min each). Contributed session organizers must submit all session participants' names and emails. They must ask the session participants to register and send the titles and abstracts of their talks by completing the registration form, informing they are part of a contributed session.
Talks and poster submissions
You may submit only one abstract as the presenting author of a contributed talk/poster. The same abstract cannot be submitted for different presentation types. Upload your contribution using the following latex/pdf templates: Latex Template/ PDF Template
