Participants will be lodged at the Wembley Inn Hotel in Ubatuba, which is the conference venue, and hotel reservations will be handled by the Organizing Committee.

Payments will be due on departure. Special fares were negotiated with the hotel for the conference. Prices for full board accommodation, including three meals a day and two coffee-breaks, are as follows:

• Single room: R$ 260,00
• Double room: R$ 184,00
• Triple room: R$ 171,00

Prices are per person per day.
