Travel information

We expect all participants to arrive on Sunday, July 27th, at the Guarulhos International Airport (GRU) in São Paulo.

We shall arrange buses, for the participants arriving on Sunday, from the airport to the hotel in Ubatuba (which is about 220km away from São Paulo) and back, for participants leaving on Saturday.

Please notice that if you miss the buses, the only option is to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel in Ubatuba, which costs approximately US$ 300,00. You will find a taxi stand outside the airport terminal, where the taxi can be prepaid either in cash (in Brazilian currency) or with a credit card. You should go directly to the Wembley Inn Hotel, at Praia das Toninhas, in Ubatuba.

We can arrange hotel reservation in São Paulo for those choosing to arrive on Saturday, July 26th. The first bus, on Sunday, will start from the hotel and then stop at the airport, on its way to Ubatuba.
