You can take a taxi or use a bus service. For the latter, look for an EMTU office (located near the exit gates of both airport terminals), where you can get more information on timetables and destinations in the city, and buy tickets.
For those arriving in São Paulo Airport on Saturday (august 1), there will be a shuttle at around 06:00 P.M. from the airport directly to the Maresias hotel where the school will take place. On Sunday (august 2), there will be a bus departing from USP (at 9:00 A.M) and Guarulhos Airport (at 9:45) to the hotel where the school will take place. There's a regular bus line from São Paulo to Maresias, departing from the Tietê Bus Terminal. The bus company is called Litorânea and can be reached at 11 6221-0244. It is located on the upper floor of the station, together with the company Pássaro Marron. The trip takes about 4 hours.
There are direct buses from the Guarulhos and Congonhas airports to the Tietê Bus Terminal. From the center of São Paulo, you can also take the blue subway (metrô) line to the Tietê station.
